Cap on the sink stucked, water doesn’t go through the down pipe

Need a plumber to see why ive got no hot water coming to my apartment. Building manager suggested it could be a faulty tempering or pressure valve. Im in North Melbourne.

I need a plumber to install a washing machine, dishwasher, and a bidet. The washing machine and dishwasher are both in the kitchen, and the drain pipe under the sink has no holes, so need to drill two holes. Also need a longer draining pipe for the washing machine to reach (probably ard 2m). Also need a long inlet pipe for the washing machine for the hot and cold water. Need a T adapter for the water pipe to allow both machine to connect (for both hot and cold water tap). As for the bidet is a quick 5 min job with all the necessary tool already available.

We have a minor leak under our laundry sink that is dripping into the storage cabinet below. We have also noticed our tumble dryer, located next to the sink, is holding excess water behind the filters so would like a plumber’s eye on the drainage system of the machine. We’re not sure if both are related, but would like a professional opinion (and the leak to be fixed!)

I need someone to help me prepare my kitchen, particularly my cabinets for a new dishwasher (someone who has experience as a cabinetmaker/kitchen renos). I also need someone to make the connection for a new dishwasher so that when I buy one it can be easily installed, as there is no current connection. I have a leaky toilet that needs to be fixed. There seems to be water and/or urine leaking from the base of the toilet where it connects at the back. No poo/sewage comes out though, just liquid.

all taps are working fine but not hot enough. Shower does not have hot water.

I’d need you to get the cartridges out, and then buy and install replacements. I snapped the spindle off one of them ( see photo). Hoping that’s easy to replace. - Due date: Flexible

Toilet water tank cannot be refilled. When water goes in, it leaks out into toilet at the same time. - Due date: Flexible

Fix leaking shower. The leak seems to be happening from the pipe. Might also have something to do with the handles. Have recorded videos. - Due date: Flexible

The toilet seat has come loose, as one seat clip has been snapped so I require this to be repaired. The job requires the current toilet seat clips to be removed (pictured) and new toilet seat clips to be installed.
