Find an experienced plumber in Preston

there are hot water system and connection..but the sink does not get hot water ( it used to have hot water). to check the connection and fix it.

How to unplug this. May be i put too much sealant, its the wrong end and its too tight. Show me a way to seperate this

Really basic job but I’m unsure of the right tool. Secure kitchen tap in place, I’ve tried tightening with my hands but it doesn’t hold and the tap comes lose

Tap is leaking in bathroom. I’ve replaced the O-Ring, Seal and Valve and it’s still leaking. Presuming it could be the seat? There’s also a small leak from the piping that needs to be addressed. Need it done this weekend.
