Wipe off any sand or dirt by cleaning the surface. Using a roller and small brush cut in and coat the wall with primer. I think this would take max 3.5 hours.

This is hard work and will involve digging up a fair amount of soil and moving it up some stairs onto a trailer for removal. I will probable take a couple of days.
