We are moving out of our rental property and need to patch, sand and paint 28 picture hanging holes and repair 1 broken tile on patio (have replacement tile) Tasks Remove any remaining wall plugs or anchor hardware. Apply touch-up paint so the patches blend in seamlessly for the final bond inspection. Hi, I need a really good gyprock repairer as this whole is in my main light room and the sun light hits it, So I need a really good, experienced person. The whole is around 20cmx20cm. I need it repaired and then I'm happy to do the top coat to get it level and smooth.

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

Looking for someone to install a cornice and flush/sand one wall and a boxed area. Also need a few repairs where Gyprock paper has ripped off and screw holes in room need repair.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

Finish up this wall for a cleaner look with a plasterboard cover and white paint (lexicon half). The wall is ~240x150cm minus the washing machine hole.

We had a leak and have replaced the pipes. Now need to gyprock the roof to patch it up, but I would also like you to install a hatch for access in the future. Would likely need to come and size it up, then go to binnings to get the right hatch.
