I need a skip bin filled. Rubbish is right next to it. I need all rubbish put in the bin with care to maximise the room. Area where the waste was swept and cleaned properly and photos take to show completed work. Bin has be changed and in same spot as shown in photos. All spots where rubbish is must be carefully swept clean.
