My from garden retaining wall is rendered but is about 40 years old. I recently had bubbles cut out and patched however the job is incomplete. A little more repair is needed and then I’d like a rough skim coat applied to the entire wall so I can then repaint. Carpenter required to replace existing capping on wall on stairs. With same wood and finish as stairs.

Require a professional roofer to shorten and fix off 4-5 down pipes . Length from gutter to wall needs to be cut down , re joined then fitted to the rendered walls of house.

We have about 16m of wire balustrade currently however it is old and brittle. Looking for someone to come and fit new in place of old. Price is for labour only. Will purchase materials separately

Need awning to be installed but it needs to be on the roof because of the night but not sure how to fit the bracket there.

Need a renderer/solid plasterer , I’ve installed 2 sliders in the front of the house, need the compressed fibro rendered to match up, probably best just to redo all render out front, under 4 square meters.
