Ceiling repair following water leaks

Looking for a plaster and painter to fix several holes and damage in plaster from slight water damage. Then I require the ceiling painted. There is some water damaged external alfresco ceiling damage.. this is a simple reset of the edges and paint. Inside there are a few small holes to fill and ready for painting, inside there is about 120-140m2 to.paint ceiling, 2 light coats. External in the alfresco, there is edges of about 15mtrs needs resetting, the area for painting is 20mtr2 A the rear of the property there is a section 5 lin mtrs needs sealing and painting. We need a wall painted 18mtr2 We need a few small patches touched up

Price is for labour per hour, you bring the plaster and I will reimburse. Wall frames will be replaced and sections cut out. Rubbish can be left on site

Hey folks, We’ve got several small holes in the walls (nails, screws, etc) that we’re hoping to get patched. Along with one big (400x500) spot where I nearly put my foot through the ceiling. Our goal is to get all of this filled, and painted to match so we can’t tell they were ever there. More sooner = more better. I'm working from home this week, so we can make any day work.
