I have a single storey brick house with rendering outside. There are some cracks and small area missing. I want some experienced person to fix so I can paint myself. I can pay labor by hours and I will buy all materials needed by myself .

Hi We have two separate small jobs we need done at our property. 1. Is we need a door handle with a lock installed in a door in our garage- please see pics 2. We also have had a break in through a back window ina room and the chain has as ripped off to force open and it’s damaged, needs to be replaced and in working order again - please see photos. You will need to sort the parts and install or fix wtx, they can be second hand or just something simple Won’t take to long to to do for someone who knows what to do.. I need a window awning installed outside onto a brick wall. It is to hang over my laundry door.

Looking for quotes. Tiler has let a large amount of render settle on the gas pipe of the oven. The oven can now not move back or further out due to the flexible pipe being stuck in place and I am unable to reach to try break it apart. Oven will need to be disconnect and reconnected by a licensed plumber.

We had our balcony re waterproofed and tiled. During the removal of the old tiles some of the exterior cladding was impacted and broken off. We’re not looking for a perfect match in colour just a tidy up and patch job of the areas that are exposed. I will most likely paint over it anyway so will just require the repair work done. The tiles can be popped up as they sit on pods.

Paint the Verandah floor in black white pattern. No specific design in mind.

Need to have a 4m X 3m manual folding arm awning installed to my brick wall as per picture, above the sliding doors, which is about 4.1m wide between gutter to the right and electric conduit to the left. The black downlight can be removed if it intrudes on install. Awning came with brackets, but need to supply your own drill, level, stepladder etc. Flexible with day/time.

We require someone to repair the render where our decals have been removed from the wall. The wall then needs to be re-painted. I have the sample pot of the colour required.

I have purchased 5 meters of awning to go over my balcony area that leaks. This is a temporary measure to stop water ingress and damage. The wall is some sort of metallic cladding that it needs to be attached to.
