Glazier required to check out this broken window in wooden frame. It is cold and raining. This window has broken window panes. We need expert assistance.

Window frame is wooden the wood is badly damaged that it has to be replaced before the broken window panes can be replaced. It is urgent because of the cold and wet weather. It is a bedroom window too. The window doesn't open at all.
