hello i dont have a pic of a room yet cs im js about to move out but i want a deep clean of the before i settle in, so im looking for someone to clean the walls, window, carpet and the built in wardrobe.

Replace awning window struts (I have the struts) and seal leaking gutter.

Bathroom window won’t close completely, plane edge down neatly then fit new chain winder that is onsite Plane bottom of laundry door so it closes

My wind out windows are winding out crooked and also the top of them is coming away from the wall.
