Just needing some length taken off a dress

I have two thick curtains, I want them cut to be 1.2 metres in height. The width is ok and doesn't need to be altered. I did keep the little weights aside to be put back in when cut and hemmed properly, as I cut a lot of excess to make it easier. I'm more than happy to bring them to you and leave them overnight / for a day or two and pick them up again. Will assume each curtain will take an hour or less, and will budget for a highly experienced person to earn up to 50 bucks an hour to help me with this. The successful candidate will demonstrate examples of their work and experience.

I would like for the length of the sherpa jacket to be shortened to the height (or slightly below) of the shirt I am wearing in the attached photo below. This will involve removing a button from the jacket.
