Need an experienced roof plumber / leak repair tradie for a persistent stormwater leak. INSPECTION ONLY. I have water damage to the downstairs living room ceiling, but the leak only happens during heavy rain. I cannot reproduce it with a normal hose test. The suspected source is the parapet wall / rainhead / concealed downpipe area above the living room. Works already done: - installed flashings and water diversion - installed overflow - fixed one concealed downpipe join - cleared bird nests from rainhead Leak still persists in heavy downpour. Scope of work: - cut open part of the downstairs ceiling below leak area for better access/view - upgrade existing rainhead to a larger compliant size - seal / re-bed / weatherproof parapet capping joints, corners and gaps in affected area Not required now: - plaster repair - painting - electrical works Important: Please leave the ceiling open after the job so I can monitor during the next heavy rain. Looking for someone who has dealt with roof leaks, parapet walls, concealed downpipes and rainheads before. Looking for someone to identify the source of the issue, and carry out the necessary repairs as it seems some water dripping near the eaves. I'm not sure what's causing it, but the eaves leaking looks slightly bent in that area, which makes me suspect there may be a leak behind the roof tiles. Increase

Landcruiser Prado 120. I need a roof basket removed off the roof bars and then rooftop tent put on top of the roof bars. The basket is a Rhino Pack so if you want it you can have it you want to try and re sell it, if not I will just keep it and sell it myself to someone or scrap it. The rooftop tent previously sat on my Hyundai Tuscon so I have all the bolts and brackets etc. The rooftop tent is a Kings Tourer soft top so is pretty light but I’m happy to help as a spare hand to carry the weight etc!

Drain at bottom of downpipe is blocked. Material is quite hard, Suspect organic shave been growing in it? Need to clear it.

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.

I have approx a 6m by 5m carport that is directly below a gum tree. At least half of the gutters have gutter guard. I would like the gutter guard completely removed and then the gutters cleaned out. Particular attention to where the house and the carport connect - check the condition of the gutters once they’re clean as they overflow and leak into the garage
