The hull is plastic, the houseboat is about 9 meters across and weighs around 6 tonnes. The helm needs to be at the front, engine at the back.

1999 Nissan Elgrand E50 3.3 V6 has had a new battery put in and measured by the battery guy showing 12V only while turned on. Diagnosis is that the alternator is not working. New alternator has been purchased and is available. Require someone to replace the old alternator with the new one.
