My Bosch refrigerator is not working. The freezer seems to be fine. The fridge compressor is not starting up, despite the internal temperature being 16C. The alarm was sounding this morning, I checked to make sure the door was not open - I'm not sure if it was closed properly or not. I turned the alarm off, but the word 'alarm' is still lit on the LED screen. I can't turn the power off to reset the machine because the power outlet is behind the fridge and it's too heavy for me to move. Also, the cold water dispenser is not working (hasn't been for some days) although the ice manufacture is still working. E24 Error on an 8 year old Dishwasher

The Machine has stopped on the Rinse cycle the Rinse light is on yet the door opened which it never does unless the cycle has finished. I have turned off on tried to reset nothing has worked. Light just staying on yet the door opens and closes no lights turn on for any other cycles when I’ve switched onto a new cycle. I’m a Pensioner looking after 2 adults with Disabilities I have a huge amount of washing so I’m looking for a reasonable quote!
