My series 8 Bosch heat pump condenser dryer shows a flashing water drop symbol. I have tried pouring 1.5L of hot water into the water container to help reset it but it doesn't work and the water container is not full for this symbol to be flashing. 5 year old Bosch 8kg heat pump dryer (https://www.bosch-home.com.au/productlist/WTH85200AU#/Togglebox=manuals/Togglebox=accessories/) takes too long to dry clothes (8-9 hours). Sometimes it stops mid cycle - probably overheating. Very likely it is clogged internally with lint. May need opening and cleaning up of all internals to make sure proper airflow.

Door seal has a small tear and needs replacing. I can get part or you can quote to get it. Model number WAW28440AU/21 - flexible with time but can’t wait too long thanks I have now ordered the part so I’ll change the install date for later depending on how long it takes to get here
