The electrical cord on my Nespresso Citiz machine is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Drain pipe blocked under our coffee machine and need to unblocked. The horizontal pipe seems blocked by the coffee ground. We need an ongoing solution to prevent it from getting blocked again, maybe a portable part in the middle of the horizontal pipe. - Due date: Before Thursday, 3 August 2023

Jura Micro is blocked and needs to fixed. Currently the water does not go through the machine and the coffee goes dry into the tray. I have tried to the official cleaning using the tablets but again the tablet goes dry to the tray and the machine does not get cleaned. Looks like it needs to be taken apart and unblocked manually.

Coffee grinds ok but won’t come out spout into cup. Red light suggests out of water but it’s full.

Machine grinds the coffee ok but the coffee only comes out the spout in drips. it may need descaling & a technical check of systems. Not likely to be a major problem as machine has only been used a couple of times but has been in storage for awhile. not the latest model, but the one before that I think. Sometimes the red light comes on, indicating water container is empty. But the water tank is full.
