Iceomatic ice machine is failing to harvest (presumably timing module needs replacing) and a bromic commercial bar fridge is shorting circuit after about 5 minutes of operation.

We have a Polar C-Series Countertop Ice Maker (15 kg). It was working fine up until about two weeks ago. The machine produces ice cubes for the first one or two ice runs. After that, it only produces solid blocks and not individual ice cubes. For some reason, the ice isn’t being released when the cubes are formed. The ultimate issue is that the tray gets stuck and the machine stops. The manuals don’t have a solution. I am looking for a refrigeration technician who might know how to fix the problem. I have no idea what the issue might be caused by. It would be appreciated if you could let me know you think what the problem is, how you’d fix it and the cost. It has been a great machine and one that we will continue to use. Otherwise, it will just be thrown out and replaced.
