Our ceiling fan has begun making a bit of a rattle noise when on the highest setting and probably needs an oil, which I've not done before. Would love someone to come round and oil the ceiling fan and show me how to do it so I can sort it out next time.

Coffee spill on stove top has cut the electricity off in back half of house

Electric stove switch for the bigger coil doesn’t seem to work - turned on and stays on. Switched off now from main switchboard but if switched on again it automatically heats up. We think it’s a switch replacement / repair issue

Rangehood is not working

Install the Thule 572 Multilift storage system onto my garage ceiling - it needs installing into a hard concrete ceiling that is about 8-9ft high in an underground garage. Hi there, We installed an Ikea kitchen about three years ago. It came with a Lagan integrated dishwasher. The last week or so the dishwasher doesn’t appear to be cleaning as well as it used to. Not sure what the issue is. Doesn’t appear to be getting as hot so maybe heat pump? Cleaned the filter and that looked fine.

Possible gas leak in kitchen.

Install Beko rangehood. We’ve had a similar one removed so all power is there. You’ll need to trim about 10mm of the opening as this one is very slightly larger.

Need someone to widen the hole in a wooden cabinet to allow the dishwasher pipe to be put through.

* Our old dryer has broken down, so we are replacing both the dryer and the washing machine with a new Bosch washer / dryer combo and Bosch pedestal, which is arriving on Monday 28th October 2024. * In order to fit the new washer/dryer and pedestal, we need to relocate the existing taps, as they protrude from the wall. * Open to suggestions on the best way to do this, but was thinking of either moving them higher, so they are above the new washer / dryer, and/or perhaps using a recessed laundry outlet box (see https://allproof.com.au/product/laundry-outlet-box/) * Also need to assistance to remove the old dryer from the wall fixture (no need to take unit away, that will be done separately). * Also need any gyprock repair done when relocating taps.
