We have a front-loader Fisher and Paykel washing machine that seems to have a detached drum. The machine is only about 3 years old and we bought it brand new. We are still using it, but the spin cycle is really noisy and we’ve had enough :-) Keen to fix it, if it’s fixable.

Need someone to install the washing machine in the kitchen. It has an old tap for the inlet, Can’t figure out how to connect to washing machine hose and the inlet hose is not long enough to connect to the tap. The drain hose is not secured, needs to be connected properly. It’s an old unit with some minor upgrade, the washing machine is connected to the kitchen sink/drain.

Samsung Washing Machine 8.5kg with Dryer 6kg WD85K6410OW Has been playing up recently. It is still running, however it tends to shake more than usual and when the cycle finishes it used to play a song and unlock the machine at the end. It no longer does this. It seems to be out of sync. I tried unplugging the machine for 15-20 minutes and it did not resolve the problem.

Installation of new Bosh. Won’t drain.

My Bosch series 8 washing machine shows error E18. I’ve gone through the basic steps to empty the water from the front and open the washing machine door . I can’t feel any blockage . There was no residue . The impeller in the drain pump is able to rotate. I’m not confident enough to remove the drain hose from the top back of the washing machine to see if the drain hose is blocked. The drain hose at the other end going into the wastewater is clear. I don’t think the pump itself is broken . Can you come and assist, please?
