We have a 3 bed/3 bath unit in Circle on Cavill, Surfers Paradise and need a professional cleaner who is reliable, efficient and understands what is required of Airbnb cleaning. Typical amount of bookings is 5-7 per month, so roughly 70 per year. Standard bedding arrangement is four beds; 2x king + 2x singles, and we allow up to 4x extra fold out beds. Our standard checkout/checkin times for guests are 10am and 3pm, so all cleans must be fully completed within this time. - Must supply and replace all bedroom and bathroom linen, towels etc every clean (at least 6 towels per booking). - Must supply all basic airbnb amenities (tea/coffee/sugar satchels, toiletries etc) - Must own and bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies. - Must speak fluent English. Price is just a guideline, happy to discuss specifics for pricing and any other details, please make an offer. Note: If you're the type of cleaner that thinks they can wipe down the whole place with a single rag and spray bottle please don't apply.

I have 2 airbnbs located in Chirn Park Southport that need to be cleaned whilst I’m on holidays 8-16th May. Both are on the same property & are both studios, with no kitchen - only kitchenette. Work required includes: Bed linens changed Towels & bath mats changed Vacume Mop Bathroom cleaned Kitchenette cleaned. Bins changed Surfaces dusted. Etc. Both very easy cleans, usually takes 1-1.5 hours. Currently I have no bookings for these dates, however we will probably start receiving bookings soon. Cleans would need to be completed between 10am-3pm. We have bed linens & towels, can supply cleaning products however it would be easier for you to supply your own. You will have to bring your own vaccume and mop. Currently we charge a cleaning fee of $65. I would like to do a couple of test cleans with the chosen applicant before our holiday to make sure they are done correctly. This could lead to further work in the future or more regular cleans, even of my own home. Please message me if you think you are a good candidate, I am open to all. Seeking a reliable and efficient cleaner to clean my apartment in Surfers Paradise when guests check out at 10am. This includes normal clean, topping up cleaning supplies for guests i.e washing detergent shampoo hand soap bottles, bathroom & laundry clean, glass, kitchen etc and removal of used bedding and towels. Guest setup includes putting new bedding back onto the beds, new towels etc, so the property presents for the new guests. General turnover takes three hours, if additional cleaning is required can be agreed at the time as often this is an additional expense paid by the guest after check out.
