Salary: [Hourly wage or salary range + Super] About the Role: We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a solid understanding of drink preparation, and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests. You will be responsible for mixing drinks, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during your shift. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and offering drink suggestions. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tools, equipment, and workstations. Handle cash, EFTPOS, and POS transactions accurately. Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Clean glassware and utensils, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to support overall bar and venue operations. Manage bar opening and closing duties when required. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 6–12 months preferred). A valid RSA certificate (essential). Knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Desirable: Barista or coffee-making experience. Wine knowledge or barista training certification. Experience working in fast-paced bars, pubs, clubs, or hotel venues.

The text will be approximately a 35-40 second recording in total and should be provided in a *.wav file. I am after someone who uses professional recording equipment to ensure a quality audio file can be achieved without background noise etc. I would appreciate with any offer a link to hear some options of your work. I’m here to inquire about your services for a small elopement setup on July 7th, 2025. My partner and I are having an intimate ceremony with our parents at the Hyatt Centric Hotel, where we'll also be having our meal. I'd love to hire someone to set up a few decorative elements for us. All items will be provided I will speak to the person before so they know what needs to be done. The task would involve: - Placing a Mr. and Mrs. sign - Adding flowers to vases - Attaching flowers to six chairs - attaching already put together flowers on a circle decor item - put out some photos graphs - add decorative items to table - add decorative items provided to the room This should take about 30-40 minutes, and I'd need someone to do this between 3:00-4:00 PM. I'd provide all the necessary items, and we'd discuss the details beforehand. The goal is to have everything ready for our ceremony, so I can focus on photos with my partner without worrying about setup.
