Hi there, I’m looking for help to replace the worn-out rubber seals (weather strips) on two aluminium frame windows in my Southbank apartment. There’s noticeable wind noise and reduced sound insulation, especially at night. The current seals seem to be old and no longer airtight. I need someone to: - Inspect both windows - Remove old/damaged weather strips - Supply and install new weather strips (e.g. Raven RP67 or equivalent) - Ensure a proper seal to reduce draft and improve insulation The windows are aluminium-framed and likely double-glazed (AS/NZS2208 safety glass). Access is easy – fully indoor job, no ladder required. Time is flexible, ideally sometime this week. **Budget: $120 total (labour + materials included)** Photos are attached showing the current condition. Looking for someone with experience in window sealing or handyman work. Thanks in advance!

We are looking at building a shed on a new large block of land. We have cleared an area to build and have had engineered plans drawn up for a 32x16m shed. The shed will be 20x16m as vehicle and equipment storage and have a livable area on the end. The livable area will be 12x16m on 2 stories. The main section will be a 7x16m livable section. The remaining 5x16 bits on the ends will have a 5x5 room on the end then a 11x5 patio on top floor and 11x5 undercover/parking spot on bottom. We are hoping to get council approval to make the livable part a 1A structure. I have some rough plans I have drawn up to accommodate our family of 6 to fit in this space. I would like for someone to take the engineered dimensions/plans supplied by shed company (as that has windows and doors etc) and professionally draw a space inside to suit. I am not an expert at this so any design changes/advice would be appreciated.

We are looking for a qualified professional to draft Fire Exit Plans for our building. The plan must comply with Australian fire safety standards and include clear evacuation routes, emergency exits, and safety equipment locations. We have the original architecture plan that you can use. OK if you are confident in carrying out the task remotely with the original plan, But preferred if you come to site to understand the brief. Site access can be provided at Collingwood any day between 10am-10pm, with some notice. The building is a small 5-storey including a basement (we believe that we need 5 plans, one on each floor). The basement has 2 car spaces, The ground floor is a business And 4 apartments upstairs. I posted this pre-cyclone, but the scope of the work has changed and I've removed some tasks from the original request: Attach sound bar holder to wall Attach shoe cabinet to wall Attach shelf to toilet wall Remove shelf from laundry space wall (picture), and install dryer brackets, put up new shelf (I haven't bought a new shelf, as perhaps the existing shelf can be reused?) We're looking for a skilled CAD drawer to create a detailed fabrication drawing (in 2D/3D) for our security gate. We’ve attached a rough draft sketch that includes basic dimensions, Please note that the left-hand side swing requires adjustment to accommodate proper hinge clearance. Key details from our draft include: • Height of gate 2,430mm and width 1,357mm • Door lock/handle height of 1,000 mm • Specifics for stop plates, hinge spacing (e.g., 3 hinges with 10 mm spacing), and other support dimensions The gate will be manufactured in aluminum and powder coated Momentum. Experience with gates or fences is highly preferred. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding additional measurements or modifications, please leave a message. Shop drawings must include at least one revision. Unsure what this project would be worth, we are assuming 3 hours in total @ $50 per hour. Feel free to bid.
