Task: Call 120 Stores to Introduce New Distributor and Urgently Instruct Completion of Customer Application I need an experienced and professional caller to contact 120 retail stores on behalf of King of the Pack Head Office. Your role is to introduce the stores to their new distributor and supplier changes, and ensure each retailer understands they must urgently complete the OTR customer application. What you will communicate to each store: 1. OTR Wholesale is now our new distributor for PML and JTI (effective immediately). 2. JTI is also a new approved supplier to the network. 3. OTR will become the distributor for BATA products from 12 January 2026. 4. The OTR customer application must be completed urgently to avoid supply interruption. -It has already been emailed to each retailer. -It is also available on the BATA portal. -I will provide you with a copy that you can email to the retailer if needed. 5. All stores must order directly through OTR going forward. There are no alternative ordering options. Your responsibilities: -Call all 120 stores using your own phone. -Introduce yourself as calling on behalf of King of the Pack Head Office. -Deliver the provided script clearly and consistently. -Emphasise the urgency of completing the application. -Email the application to retailers who request it. -Record call outcomes in the tracking sheet (answered, voicemail left, needs application resent, questions, etc.). -Identify any stores needing follow-up. Requirements: -Excellent phone communication skills. -Confident, professional and clear delivery. -Ability to communicate with a wide range of people, including retailers who may have language barriers. -Reliable, organised, and accurate with note-taking. -Experience in retail or customer communication is preferred.
