Hi guys, I need some rendering done on the outside around a window frame. It needs to be flush with the window sill. And there are some areas of work needed on the actual wall.. the window is on the second level but has a metal flat roof next to it where you can stand and put your ladder. We have three external drainage pipes exits (and one internal) leading from our premises onto a rear lane. We’re concerned that rodents could potentially use these pipes to find access into our premises. We need to seal them with wire mesh (similar to chicken wire fence) that is spacious enough to allow water and some debris to pass through but small enough to prevent rodents from passing (and strong enough to prevent damage if they attempt to chew through). Looking for someone to provide both materials and labour.

Hi all, Just after a quote to remove 2 shower screens and install new screens. Happy for them to remain as framed screens. What would be the cost per shower for labour and materials?
