Project Overview: Convert our existing referral pathway maps into an interactive Formly tool Incorporate appropriate links to support resources throughout the process Create a user-friendly digital interface that guides staff through the referral process Resources Provided: Complete referral pathway maps (already created on shared whiteboards) List of support resources and services to be linked within the tool Stakeholder feedback on process requirements Key Requirements: Build a step-by-step form flow in Formly that follows our established referral pathway Integrate clickable links to external resources at relevant decision points Include conditional logic to guide users through appropriate pathways based on incident type Ensure the tool is intuitive and accessible for all staff members Create clear instructions for users at each stage of the process Deliverables: Complete Formly-based referral tool with all necessary fields and logic Integration of all resource links at appropriate points in the process Brief user guide for implementing and using the tool Skills Required: Experience with Formly or similar form-building platforms Ability to implement conditional logic in digital forms Understanding of user experience principles Attention to detail when handling sensitive content This project focuses specifically on digital implementation of our existing pathway - not creating the pathway itself. We are a growing small business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage our financial records and assist with quarterly BAS preparation. We use Xero as our accounting platform and typically process up to 1,500 entries per quarter. This role is crucial in ensuring our accounts are accurate, compliant, and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Record and categorize financial transactions in Xero with a high degree of accuracy. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations monthly. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable entries. Prepare and lodge quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS). Maintain general ledger and ensure all data is properly coded. Prepare financial reports as needed (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.). Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and timelines. Liaise with business owners or external accountants as required for year-end processes. Provide recommendations for improved financial processes and efficiency. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and business information. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant for small businesses. Proficient in Xero accounting software. Strong understanding of Australian BAS requirements. Experience handling up to 1,500 transactions per quarter. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent qualification (preferred). Registered BAS Agent (highly desirable but not mandatory). Looking for someone who specialises in selling eBay items. I have a collection of Royal memorabilia some pieces going back to the early 1900s that I no longer have room for. A mix of beautiful china and collectables as well as other Royal antiques and also an extensive library of antique Royal books. Many of these items are sought after by Royal collectors in Australia and worldwide. I don’t have the time to go through them and list and sell. Looking for someone with experience in maximising eBay sales and then can also take on the packaging and sending of purchased pieces to the buyer.
