Job Overview I’m looking for an experienced bricklayer to install a new paved verge driveway measuring approximately 4 m wide × 5 m long. The base has been prepped but will require final leveling and compaction. I will provide bricks. You will supply all materials and labor to complete a durable, attractive brick surface suitable for vehicle access. Scope of Work Site prep & base leveling Fine‑grade and compact existing sub‑base. Supply and lay 50 mm–75 mm crushed limestone or roadbase if needed. Edge restraints & screeding Supply and install concrete edge restraints or heavy‑duty plastic profiles. Lay a 30 mm–40 mm sand screed for brick bedding. Brick laying Supply high‑quality driveway pavers (e.g. clay or concrete brick, selected colour). Lay bricks in stretcher bond, herringbone, or other pattern as agreed. Cut and finish edges cleanly at borders. Jointing & compaction Brush kiln‑dried sand into joints. Compact with plate compactor for a flat, interlocked finish. Clean‑up & handover Sweep site, remove waste, and leave area ready for immediate use. Requirements Proven track record laying driveway pavers or brick paving Own tools and equipment (compactor, wet saw, screed rails, etc.) Ability to supply all materials (pavers, sand, edge restraints) Strong attention to detail and reliable communication Site Details Location: [subiaco], Perth WA Access: Driveway verge adjacent to kerb—easy driveway access for trucks Size: Approximately 4 m (width) × 5 m (length) How to Apply Provide a fixed quote, inclusive of materials, labor, and cleanup. Looking for a local, reliable and experienced landscaper or handyman to complete the following two paver base projects in my backyard: ________________________________________ 🛠 1. Shed Base • Size: 3.15m x 2.17m • For a Keter Stronghold Shed (10x8 / 3x2.4m) • What's already done: o Road base (12cm) and bedding sand (3cm) installed – needs compacting o Pavers on site:  23 x 40x40x5cm  65 x 45x30x5cm o Materials on hand: 100KG infill sand, spare road base, and paver sand • Needs to be completed quickly and level ________________________________________ 💧 2. Water Tank Base • Tank dimensions: 1850mm x 2400mm • Base Size: Approx. 185cm x 260cm • Work includes: o Digging out the area (not yet started) o Laying road base + sand (not yet started) o Installing pavers (not yet started) along the right hand side of a pergola. • Also needs to be compacted and level ________________________________________ 🪴 Both projects are in my backyard. 👀 Site inspection is welcome. 📅 I'm struggling to find the spare time to complete it and keen to get this done ASAP.
