I need a resourceful and experienced person to help me find a licensed and insured contractor for a home renovation in Bossley Park, NSW, 2176, who are experienced in full home renovations, including: • Changing the floor plan (removing and installing walls) • Installing electrical sockets • Constructing two new bathrooms • Installing a new kitchen I am currently in the settlement process, so I can’t provide immediate site access, but I have a video from the property inspection that can be shared with potential contractors. Your Task: ✅ Contact as many contractors as needed to find at least three who: • Are licensed and insured (NSW Fair Trading verification preferred) • Have relevant experience in full home renovations • Are available to start work in early May • Can provide rough cost estimates based on my video and project details • Have references or examples of past projects ✅ Provide a summary report with: • Contractor names & contact details • Their estimated quote & timeline • Confirmation of credentials & experience • Your personal recommendations Ideal Airtasker: ✔ Has experience in property renovations, real estate, or construction project management ✔ Knows how to find and verify reputable contractors in NSW ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills Please include any relevant experience in your offer.
