I struggle with organization and completing administrative tasks, which has led to a significant backlog. I’m looking for a patient, supportive individual who can help me stay on track, and help clear my massive to-do list. Rate: $40 per hour (invoiced). Hours: - I am ideally looking for someone who is able to do 4-hour shifts, 5 days a week. However, this can be split between multiple people if needed. - Any time of day is fine, just not after hours as you'll be making calls. - I need around 20 hours of support per week (including meal preparation and cleaning). - For the next 2-3 months, I have additional work available to clear a significant backlog of tasks. Role and Responsibilities: - Assisting with a range of administrative tasks (emails, phone calls, scheduling, data entry, purchases, basic research, etc.) - Keeping track of appointments and following up on tasks; taking me to appointments where needed - Organizing files and documents (both digital and physical) - Providing reminders and support to ensure tasks are completed Key Requirements: - Reliability – punctual, consistent attendance is essential - Excellent Organizational Skills – ability to set up efficient systems and stay on top of tasks - Strong English Communication – both written and verbal - Professional and Respectful – able to communicate in a friendly, supportive way - Experience Working with Autistic Individuals – or strong willingness to learn Tech-Savvy – comfortable with email, spreadsheets, Word, apps, smart home devices, troubleshooting, etc. - Invoicing Capability – you must be able to provide invoices, and payment will be made via bank transfer.
