Our house needs the timber deck to be oiled due to weathering. Some parts may need sanding before oil applied (natural finish qutec oil - 2 coats). Task quote includes you purchasing the oil and providing all gear. Approximate dimensions: front: 1.5m x 18 m side: 1.5m x 15m back verandah: 18 x 2 m ground level backyard: 3x10 m There is a step going from the backyard ground level decking that is rotten. It needs to be removed and replaced with something not timber, such as sandstone step or something that can handle the rain. Need a local handyman to re assemble an aged cuby hous. All parts are ready for re assemble as per the photos. If need be, may be best to inspect in person before providing quote Will probably need some offcut and suitable brackets for parts that have not done too well in the weather. It doesn't have to be perfect. Will need new timber screws as they were rusted and a plywood floor 1.5m x 1.2 m for the internal .
