Hi Everyone, I’m just trying to get an understanding of how much this paint repair should cost as the agent/landlord has now claimed $1,800+ for this job for paint and removal of hooks (which I am able to remove myself easily given time). For me this is an insane claim (likely with the idea of extorting the cost of repainting the whole apartment while only few areas need fixing including the water damage being claimed in couple of pictures here). That was when I was trying to use everyday household cleaning spray to get the hooks out (which ran down the wall making it appear as water damage) but realised not gonna work. The adhesive hook on the wall ripped the paint out while I was trying to remove it, hence left the others not to damage further. Depending on the remedy agreed, I may be allowed to do those repairs myself. In that case, this task will be assigned to the tasker accordingly (as I am no painter nor a tradesman). Of course, with the appropriate cost applicable for this task. $99 is just to put a number for the task, so I could get some quotes and ideas of how much it should cost to fight back. Hence, I would highly appreciate if this community could give me an idea of an approximate it should cost to just repair those areas. Thank you so much in advance.

Stove Top Description: Bosch gas stove top ignition stopped working. No click and no spark. Apart from that, applaince works perfectly - gas is released and we can get a flame to cook using a lighter. We've done all the due dilligence cleaning, so assume it's the spark module as appliance is over 6yrs old. Model number and appliance accessibility shown in photos. Prefer tradie who carries appropriate spare parts so can diagnose and replace accordingly, rather than us having to pre-supply a part that might not be what's needed. Oven Grill description: Bosch oven grill not working. This includes grill only setting and grill and fan setting. All other oven settings are working. Assume it's the grill element that's gone. Again, appliance is over 6yrs old. Model number and appliance accessibility shown in photos. Prefer tradie who carries appropriate spare parts so can diagnose and replace accordingly, rather than us having to pre-supply a part that might not be what's needed.
