I’m looking for an experienced architectural designer to reimagine the front facade of my house with modern renders and cladding. The goal is to transform the existing structure into a cohesive aesthetically pleasing exterior. Exterior façade redesign - Transform the existing facade into a modern design using render and cladding. Realistic 2D/3D visualisations (materials/textures clearly shown). - Propose material palettes (e.g., textured renders, timber/stone cladding, metal accents). - Provide 2D/3D visualisations (photorealistic renders) to preview the new look. I need an architect or Revit specialist to update my approved house plans (currently in PDF format) to meet the new planning guidelines passed in Victoria on March 7, 2025. The updated plans should reflect the new permit scheme and increased area sizes for the ground and first floors. After updating, the plans must be converted into Revit. Scope of Work: Update PDF Plans – Amend the approved house plans in PDF format to comply with new guidelines. This includes increasing the area size and implementing required design changes. Convert to Revit – Once updated, convert the amended plans from PDF to Revit format. Provide Expert Suggestions – I’ve outlined key changes in a screenshot. I also need professional advice for the best approach to these amendments. Back House Design: 5-bedroom, single-story house Living areas, private lounge, alfresco, L-shaped kitchen with island & butler’s kitchen Master bedroom with ensuite, WIR, and balcony Mini master with ensuite and WIR 2 bedrooms with WIR sharing a bathroom (includes bathtub) Sunroom with balcony, guest room with ensuite, powder room, and storage Move parking for the first house from rear to front Payment – Provide a clear quote with pricing explanation. Once agreed, no price increases will be accepted. Timeline – The updated plans must be completed within one week. Confirm availability and willingness to support revisions after council submission. Revit Skills – Confirm ability to deliver plans in Revit and provide support via calls for adjustments. Experience – Share examples of similar projects.
