Hello mi name is Paulina and I'm looking for someone with accountancy knowledge to provide me a training session in the program Xero. I work in a small start-up, we are only 3 workers and we implemented Xero in our company 3 months ago. I'm in charge of the admin department , and after 3 months I still have doubts on how to use certain functions, such as entering certain transactions/reconciliations to make the most of the reports. I am an interior architect and I require a bookeeper to invoice my clients from my timesheets once a month and prepare end of year tax by recording incomings and outgoings so that at the end of the year I have a comprehensive tax package to handover to my accountant. I have "Invoice to go" for invoicing and "toggl track" for my time keeping but have not purchased any accounting software. I was looking at xero and am open to suggestions from the successful applicant. I would prefer someone with book keeping experience in the architecture or building industry. This job can be completed remotely once books are up to date. I am currently 3 months behind. $40/hour and must have own ABN and be available for 3-5 hours (approx 9-2) in the first week of every month. I have been ill so I need some help bringing my taxes & BAS up to date. FY2019, FY2020, FY2021. All work via ABN as a sole trader, with some outgoing sub contractor payments. I have my bank account statements and thats all .unfortunately, so a bit of forensic work to 'catch it up'. I have some losses to bring forwqrd from FY2014.
