Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone who is a wizard on excel, who loves numbers and loves to organise. I have 7 quarters worth of bank statements for someone to go through, double check, arrange in an excel document and someone who can make every dollar work in the final result of the excel sheet. This is a boring job - haha - I'm well aware so happy to help in every way I can. I know it's a weird time at the moment, but ideally this person would live locally and be available to come into the office (with safe social distancing measurements and following guidelines) to go through the documents and start creating an excel sheet. Ideally this person will be proficient, have a good playlist head to keep them company (I'm sure music would be key to enjoying your day) and be available asap. If you love to organise things, are good at excel, somewhat okish a maths I'm sure would help as well, and maybe a dash of problem solving I would be soooo Thrilled to get your help. I'm thinking it could be a day - 6-7hrs in the office in your own private space with your own laptop. Get in touch and lets get started :)

Hi, I run a small business and currently (for last 4 years) we have been using Waveapps for our bookkeeping, invoicing and reporting. Given Waveapps is going to stop their service soon, we need to migrate to new software soon. We've decided to settle on XERO. I need someone with strong XERO knowledge and ideally, Waveapps skills too to come in and sit in our office and help us setup XERO from scratch and then migrate the data from current waveapps to XERO. SOme of the key deliverables are: 1. Has to be a face-to-face task - either in my home (Kellyville Ridge or office Pyrmont) 2. Ideally spread over 2-4 days as required. 3. Include: - Scoping (understanding of the current business model, reoccurring business vs resale business and how we are currently managing it with waveapps) - Suggestions (discuss what you think will be the best way to manage this in XERO) - Implement (Implement all relevant items in XERO like the chart of accounts, invoice templates, lists of customers, products, suppliers, linking of bank account, etc.) - Training (once setup is done, please help us get trained to use XERO moving forward)
