I have a long term client in the landscape construction industry to pass on. I've been completing bookwork and BAS while their wife had taken over on-site administration for the past few years. Due to separation, they now need on-site assistance again which I can no longer provide. The on-site work is in Bundaberg QLD. Approx 4-5 hours per week Approx 2.5 hours bookwork including BAS which can be done remotely Approx 2.5 hours on-site administration work On-site work involves sitting with client and processing: Payroll Emails Quotes Invoices Job contracts Scanning receipts Paying bills Client is using Deputy for timesheets, Tradify for job management including quotes and invoices and MYOB Business for bookkeeping (thought I'm sure they would be open to moving bookkeeping programs). On-site work used to be a Monday afternoon from about 4pm but this can be discussed with the client. Client is not interested in the computer work and just needs someone to sit with them and deal with it all basically. I'm sure client would be open to either direct employment or a BAS Agent. Offer is based on initial hour.

I have 3 possible 4 Mac laptops that I need transfer of data from one to the other.

Macros on mutiple spreadsheets are being corrupted. I have fixed this in the past by creating a new file from backup, however after a month the files corrupt again. Some macros read from other spreadsheets when run and some from the same spreadsheet. I want the macros reviewed and changes made if there is a solution. The biggest issue is it occurs randomly for no apparent reason. A troubleshooting nightmare!
