I am looking for someone to provide assistance four hours a day, three days a week (may increase). I would like to trial this for two weeks, beginning week of 25 March and we may continue beyond that. You are organised, calm, a good communicator, humble, curious and flexible. I work from home, so some of the tasks will be connected to my home duties, though most will be concerned with my work. The work will vary because I have three different businesses, one in finance, one in education and one in the arts. You will be required to assist with basic administrative tasks such as: - booking flights - decluttering and organising the office and some other spaces like cuboards. - maintaining files - digital and physical - schedule meetings or services - Help with diary and email management - run errands like mail drops, drop off drycleaning, etc. - meet a tradie at our house or chase up a service.
