I am looking for a tradesperson's Bookkeeper who is happy to work with Excel. This is a 'particular' role and will not suit everyone, so please read carefully: I am closing my business and need to find a replacement Bookkeeper for an older client. This client likes to meet in person, does not do 'cloud', and keeps their receipts in a shoebox. Their bookwork is straightforward and is completed in an automated Excel spreadsheet. There are approx 3-6 hours of work 4-5 times a year. They are a loyal, good-paying client and I would like them to have a good, creative Bookkeeper who does meets their needs. There is no converting them to Xero/MYOB! You will alienate them. And the hour of meeting with them can be tedious, but they are worth it! This job can be done by either a Bookkeeper, or somebody with a keen eye, fairly good at maths and good knowledge of Excel. I would like to present them with three Bookkeepers ( they prob would like to meet all). Happy to provide you with any other info to enable you to decide if this gig works for you.

Hello, my name is Joy. Due to moving I am downsizing and I'm looking for someone to do the listing process of selling things online. Items include various household items, furniture, womens clothes, shoes, jewellery, tools, etc. Some highend/brand name things. All items in good condition. Task involves photographing items, writing up the descriptions with details of measurements etc, researching what similar items are selling for, some items might need light cleaning eg bicycle, tools, and then posting the ads to Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Trading Post, Fashion retailers etc (My accounts). I really don't know how many items at this stage, approximately 50(?). Once they have been uploaded I can take over the messaging enquiries and sales etc. Items are located in my home and shed in Klemzig. Some items, eg furniture may need to be moved around, but I can help. Work can be done during the day or evening, but needs to get started asap.
