The content should be dynamic, cinematic, and polished—similar to X-Media or Desire Media's style. Scope of Work: Drone Footage: Wide, sweeping aerial shots capturing site progress. Handheld Video: Stabilised, high-quality shots showcasing key construction details and activity. Angles & Style: Mix of smooth tracking shots, slow pans, and detailed close-ups. Deliverables: Raw footage + optional colour-corrected edits. Requirements: Experience filming construction or real estate projects preferred. Access to a high-quality drone (DJI Mini 3 Pro or better) and stabilised handheld camera. Ability to provide cinematic, well-composed shots. Availability to visit the site at Late March 2025
