Full detailed clean of all windows frames and tracks. -All joinery, skirting boards and doors dusted and wiped down free from dust. - All bathrooms A full detailed clean of all bathrooms and toilets. -Laundry A full detailed clean of the laundry. Newly renovated house requires clean The house is small (about 13 squares) and empty and consists of: 1x bathroom 1x toilet 1x kitchen 1x laundry 1x lounge room 1x hallway Approximately 15 windows (depends on how you count them) Most of the mess is dust caused by builders. Walls are freshly painted, so no scrubbing of walls required. Only dust clean required of walls Clean ALL surfaces. If in doubt , clean it. Where possible and practical, and stains to be removed Inside and outside of cupboards require cleaning. Toilet is quite dirty, but I’m assuming it's nothing that the average cleaner hasn't seen before. Stove/oven is brand new (never used), so no difficult scrubbing required. Walls newly painted only required dust clean (remove builder’s dust) The only exception to the internal cleaning is the outside of the windows (windows need cleaning outside and inside) Also, curtains do not require cleaning as they are brand new. I estimate 5 hours of cleaning (if 1 person is cleaning) Any small bits of rubbish encountered needs to be binned.
