I need someone reliable for on-going AirBnb Cleaning in Broadbeach. We currently have 1 x 2B2B apartment rented out, however will be adding a second apartment 2B2 as of September which will also require cleaning in the same building. I have all cleaning items available in the apartment so no need to bring things up, unless you prefer to use your own items. Sometimes will require 10:15am cleans as have guests checking in and out on the same day. Check-out: 10AM Check-in: 3PM I've been doing the cleaning and change over myself and the apartment clean generally takes between 1-3 hours (depending on how much has been used and requires cleaning). There calculated at $30 per hour (3 hrs) + Washing of bedding. Some days like today only took 1 hr so think its a fair average. Not willing to spend much more than $120-$130 (including bedding washing which can be taken home to wash). Items I would need covered: 1. Wash and dry towels and bed sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases (To take home, wash and tumble dry + remove marks if required). 2. Remake bed including pillow cases and top sheet (as per photos) 3. Make sure dishes have been cleaned and put away 4. All trash taken out and bin liners replaced 5. Replace towels with dried towels 6. Go through checklist (which would be emailed to you) to confirm items are not missing 7. Vacuum and wipe down surfaces 8. Clean bathrooms, toilets, refill supplies, wipe down showers. 9. Ensure all lights and electricals are turned off when leaving including ducted AC/heating 10. Ensure keys are placed back into security lockbox securely for next guest (250m down the road from apartment). 11. Inspect for any damages to the apartment and report if any. Hi, I am looking for a continuing Airbnb clean, at the end of each guest stay. The clean will need to occur between 10am - 2pm whenever a guest leaves. Could be a few times a week, depending on bookings. The cleaner will also need to manage the sheets and towels, taking away dirty ones and replacing with clean ones. You will be provided with 3 sets per bed to continue the rotation (eg. you can wash the sheets at your own home and bring back a clean set at each job. Will also include towels and bathmats.
