Hi, I am looking for a cleaner to help me turnover my airbnb apartment. The guests check out at 11am and new guests check in at 3pm. I will need you to change the bed sheets and linen (all provided) do a thorough clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Vaccum all floors (timber, tiles and carpet), wipe surface areas, and put out the rubbish. I can provide you with a checklist. The apartment is small (only 50sqm), has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Please note it has a spiral staircase so you will need to feel comfortable going up and down the stairs. I usually do the clean myself and it takes maximum 1.5 hours but am starting a new job and I need help for this clean and possibly in the future. I am currently overseas and have had my apartment on Airbnb for long term rentals. I have someone arriving on 31 July, and I need the apartment to be cleaned & stocked for the new tenant; Note, the apartment is only 50sqm. This includes: Cleaning kitchen (stovetop, backsplash, sink, surfaces etc.), bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, surfaces), and bedroom and general living area (vacuuming, general tidy, wipe down surfaces etc.). It would also involve some light shopping (e.g. ensure toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquids, soaps and shampoos/conditioners stocked), and laundry (washing and drying bath towels, bed linens and tea towels).
