Need a ongoing airbnb cleaner for 5 properties, all have a 5 star cleaning rating and easy to clean, most are 2 bedroom one bathroom appartments The first clean will be for a townhouse with 2 bathrooms and two beds to turn over. The property is pretty easy to clean. You will also need to wash and return linen, there is a washer and dryer onsite, but might be quicker to wash offsite, as the clean only takes maximum 2 hours. We have new properties coming on board every week, so there will be opportunity to take on more work.

Cleaning Job I am looking for a long-term and regular cleaning of the house which is on short-term stay like AirBnB model. This house is a single story and has 4 BRs, Lounge room, kitchen, separate Bathroom, and separate Toilet, small Laundry area, and small tiles veranda area with outdoor furniture, and front porch. Each time the guests checkout, cleaning job includes: 1. Vacuum, dusting, moping the house, bedroom furniture, cleaning of shower cubicle, and bath tub, 2. All doors, windows, window-sills, window channels, etc. are to be wiped clean 3. Cleaning all the dishes if left uncleaned by the guests, 4. Cleaning of gas stove, oven, and grills. 5. Changing bedsheets, quilt cover, pillow covers, towels, hand towels, kitchen towels and replacing with washed and ironed set. 6. Washing and ironing of Bed sheets, quilt cover, pillow covers etc. Two sets for each Bed will be provided hence need to be replaced in rotation. 7. Re-fills all utility containers such as hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing soup etc. from the existing supplied stock. 8. Water hose outdoor paved area. 9. External cleaning of all windows every three months 10. Inspect all items in the house and make a list of missing items and report to property manager after each check-out. 11. Should have appropriate insurance and work cover etc. Inspection of the property is important to have full understanding of the scope of the job.
