2 bedroom apartment 1 bathroom Airbnb clean linen and towels - Due date: Flexible

Hello! I have an Airbnb property that I host located in Elsternwick. I require an ongoing cleaner to clean the property after each guest check out, the first date being Tuesday the 11th of October. The frequency of how many times I’d need the cleaner really depends on how many bookings I get but for the rest of this year at least, I would need the following cleaning dates confirmed: October the 11th October the 31st November the 9th December the 25th The property is a one bedroom apartment on the top floor in a block of apartments. I would need the kitchen cleaned, lounge room cleaned, bedroom cleaned and bathroom cleaned. I can provide cleaning products for you if you wish (all under the kitchen sink), as well as a vacuum and mop (in the hallway cupboard). I am happy to do the bed sheets and provide the towels myself but I would be after someone to dust and wipe surfaces, windex the mirrors/glass, vacuum and mop floors, clean shower/tub, sink and toilet and ensure the apartment is prepared for guest check in the next day. I can leave the key for you in a safe key box and provide you with the code on the day of cleaning. As mentioned, I would need someone to come on an ongoing basis to set up the property before every guest check in (minus bedding and towels, which I can do).
