I am looking for an experienced short term accommodation cleaner to conduct a clean and change over at my home in Fitzroy this afternoon. Time to clean and change over: Approx: 1 hr to 1.5 hrs You must be reliable, honest, trustworthy, a good communicator, hardworking with an eye for detail. Ideally you live in Fitzroy or in a surrounding suburb and have your own car. All cleaning equipment and cleaning products are provided. Washing of linen is not included in this scope of works. Off Street car space provided. Details Below: Guests: This is a back to back change over. Guests have already checked out with next guest coming in at around 7pm this afternoon. Tasks Required: Bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning cloths: Strip all linen off the queen size bed with the exception of the mattress and pillow protectors. Remove all towels from the bathroom. Remove tea towel from the oven front. Place all of this dirty linen in the laundry on top of the washing machine in navy blue bag. Remake bed with bottom sheet, top sheet, new doona cover (if required) and four new pillowcases. Place freshly laundered bath towels on the bed neatly folded or rolled along with a bar of soap for the next guests. Fresh bath mat and hand towel to be hung in the bathroom. Thorough vacuum throughout my apartment, including the sofa and rugs. Clean the bathroom (shower over bath, toilet, hand basin, glass shower screen and mirror. Dust / wipe down all surfaces, including table on balcony. Clean kitchen - benchtops, wipe out fridge, thoroughly clean the kitchen sink. Check fridge. Check dishwasher, pack clean dishes away. New bin liners. Mop wet areas, including external balcony. Top up consumables, such as toilet paper and tea towels.
