Needing “reliable” Airbnb cleaner on average about 2-4days on weekdays but very much can vary and change. As it is an Airbnb I’m never certain of the exact dates but I try and give as much notice as possible, I will usually provide a monthly roster but do tend to add dates but will try and give at least couple days notice on added dates. It is a one bedroom apartment on Alfred st and you must be in after 11:00am- and out before 2:00pm the following duties will be requested. All cleaning supplies are supplied. CLEANERS INSTRUCTIONS - Top up teas, coffees, sugar and milk - Take out bins - Empty out dish washer - Empty out fridge - vaccum & mop - Wash bed sheets & replace with clean ones - Iron bed sheets - Clean toilet + shower - Wipe down oven and microwave

Need someone who could tidy up my apartment and go through checklist for missing items after each guest visit at my apartment. 1. Wash and dry towels and bed sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases 2. Remake bed including pillow cases and top sheet 3. Make sure dishes have been cleaned and put away 4. All trash taken out and bin liners replaced 5. Replace towels with dried towels 6. Go through checklist (which would be emailed to you) to confirm items are not missing 7. Vacuum and wipe down surfaces 8. Ensure all lights and electricals are turned off when leaving including ducted AC/heating 9. Ensure keys are placed back into security lockbox securely for next guest 10. Inspect for any damages to the apartment and report Key card for access to building and apartment are in a lockbox across the street and directions will be provided.
