I'm seeking a cleaner with experience in short-term vacation rentals to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for our new Airbnb listing in Fremantle. Change linen and towels • 2 beds and 1 sofa bed - Strip used linen, bed sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Replace with fresh. Iron pillow cases and top sheet when necessary 2. Re-Stock Consumables Tea, coffee, paper towel, bin liners, cling wrap, dish soap, sponges, facial tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash. 5. Dust, Tidy, Reset • Spot dusting throughout: wipe down tables, surfaces, light switches and skirting boards where needed. Check that guests haven’t left anything behind. • Make sure all lights are working, taps aren’t dripping or leaking, fans, air conditioning and heaters work • Stack magazines, plump up cushions, straighten rugs, arrange décor items etc 6. Floors • Vacuum and mop floors • Outdoor area front and back, sweep debris etc so porch and entertaining area is neat • Check keys are returned and ready. - Experience with property management apps like Lodgify. - Flexibility to accommodate last-minute bookings with at least 1 day's notice.
