I would like a regular, long term cleaner for our airbnb property in Golden Beach, Sunshine Coast. To get you started I would just like a maintenance clean on 2 small bathrooms (that have a shower, sink and toilet in each) and floors throughout the property to be vacuumed and mopped. Generally this takes 2 hours. The entire property has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, two lounges and kitchen and two outside areas (outside areas get leaf blowered and surfaces wiped). A full house maintenance clean and reset generally takes 5 hours including the outside areas and changing all beds. I would like a reliable, fast and thorough cleaner who can work to our systems that we have in place for efficiency. We have a clear checklist of cleaning jobs and reset items to make it easy for you to follow. Generally at the moment cleans fall on Monday and/or Friday mornings between 10am-3pm as and when we get bookings. Sometimes bookings can be back to back so cleaning needs to be completed during these times on the same day. Cleans maybe only once a week on holiday periods (as guests stay for longer). Must have your own equipment and cleaning products. Entry to the property is via Smartlock for ease. If you are interested in taking on a long term client, I look forward to hearing from you.
