We have a small 3 bedroom house that we rent out on Airbnb. We normally do all of the cleaning ourselves but we are unable to on this occasion so need some help. There are 2 queen beds and 1-2 single beds to make, 2 bathrooms (2 showers), 2 toilets to clean and an open plan kitchen living and dining that need to be cleaned/tidied/dusted/mopped/vacuumed and set ready for new guests. We have a linen service which provides sheets, towels, tea towels etc so no washing of sheets required. All used linen is put in a linen bag and fresh linen used. Most guests stay between 3-5 days over a weekend and most guests are visiting and so out and about during the day and often just at home in the morning and evening so the house never gets too ‘used’. ‘Setting’ the house is equally important as cleaning as first impressions count. We are super hosts and the house is an Airbnb Plus listing so we do try very hard to make sure the house always looking it’s best and our guests are well looked after. We can walk you through what’s required and provide a ‘look book’ of how things should be before guests arrive. I am looking for a 5 star, very reliable Airtasker to clean my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in between guests. The place is always maintained clean, it will be a very quick job (2 hours max) Must be completed on 7 April between 10.30 am to 5 pm & possible ongoing relationship. It is well maintained but we have had guests staying for 2 months so we would like a deeper clean ready for next guests. It normally takes 1 person 4 hours to clean it completely. We would be offering $50 per hour for 4 hours - total $200 to do a very thorough clean. No beds to be made.
