I have 2 bdrm unit in Lindisfarne to be relisted on AirBnB starting in about 2 weeks. We are looking for a regular cleaner to handle the regular clean and changeover, (ie. restock and ensure all is placed back in their space etc. I have a reference photo for each room to make sure nothing is missing or everything should be as it was). There's a queen bed and 2 single beds. Open lounge/dining with couch and dining table, with a full bathroom and kitchen. There's newly installed carpets and flooring (brand new) The previous cleaner spends around 45 mins-1hr cleaning. We will have a minimum 3 night stay. We sometimes may get longer stays from time to time. Clean and changeovers can be same day (check out at 11am and check in at 2pm), and sometimes fall on weekends. I have 3 sets of changeover linen the cleaner will need to take away and clean. This includes: fitted and flat sheets with pillowcases and towels for each changeover including a tea towel and bath mat. (Occasionally the doona covers if they get marked or need a change, usually every 3 weeks etc) We are looking for a regular long term arrangement with a reliable person. There's a vacuum in the unit but the tasker must have their own cleaning equipment and supplies. There's a flight of steps to get to the apartment. I have a small guest unit in my house in West Hobart I am renting on AirBnB. We are looking for a regular cleaner to handle the cleanings. It is just a studio style setup, queen bed, small couch, with a full bathroom and small kitchenette. It is brand new. The current cleaner spends around 30-45 mins cleaning. We have a minimum 3 night stay currently, so most stays will be 3-7 nights average it seems. We may also get a monthly stay here and there. We average around 6-7 cleans per month. We sometimes have a same day turnover (11am-2pm), and they sometimes fall on weekends.
