You must have the eye for detail as we can not afford a negative review due to an unclean apartment e.g all cutlery and glasses polished and neatly stacked, all cookware scrubbed, not a single strand of hair left on the floor, on any linen, or under the feet of chairs and tables etc... All clean linen will be provided but you will need to iron the sheets on the beds. The full job (clean, change linen, replenish) usually takes one person 4-5hrs. Washing of linens is not needed, just stripping the beds, putting them in a laundry bag then re-making the bed. Scope includes wiping down surfaces. I’m looking for someone who can turnover my Air BnB apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on the second floor. No carpets and very tidy (it’s a short term holiday rental). Light cleaning (wipe countertops and floors, clean bathroom and kitchen etc.) as well as stripping and making the beds, changing the towels over, making sure the fridge and bins are empty and restocking necessities like soap and tea. I am looking for someone with attention to detail that checks if things were broken / have gone missing and communicates issues in a timely manner so we can solve them together.
