Need a reliable and experienced Airtasker to help Clean my 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house The house is an Airbnb for renting out for guests. We need a experienced, reliable and fast person come to clean the house regularly, the number of data each week is uncertain, sometimes 4-5 times a week, sometimes 1-2 per week . Standard Airtasker cleaning tasks should include: - Everywhere in the house: Wiping down furniture and visible surfaces; Mop and vacuum floors; Empty rubbish - Bathrooms: Cleaning showers, bathtub and toilets; - Kitchen: Washing dishes if there is any dirty dishes, clean the vacuum, microwave, stove. -change bed sheet, pillow cases and quilts. -change the towels in the bathrooms. -refill snacks in the refill box. Normally I need 2hours to clean. $40 per hour. So $80 per time of cleaning. If you become my regular cleaner. I will pay you once a week. And if the guest report any uncleanness, the cleaning fees will be deducted to compensate guests. Any leave or holiday plan needs to let me know 2 weeks in advance.
